Milwaukee Chamber Theatre (MCT) is seeking an experienced development professional to become the theatre’s Development Manager. Job Description: A candidate who has demonstrated strong donor relation skills as well as excellent organizational, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills will thrive in this role. Ability to manage multiple tasks independently, and as part of a professional and volunteer team, is necessary. Experience in the arts is a plus. Must be able to write and speak persuasively about the organization’s mission and build relationships resulting in approximately $500,000 in contributed income from foundations, corporations, individuals and events.
